CA Immo is a real estate company listed on the Vienna Stock Exchange with subsidiaries in six countries in Central and Eastern Europe and the DACH region. Its core business is the leasing, management and development of office buildings.

The Spaceflow app is implemented in all buildings in CA Immo's Prague portfolio. They are mainly represented by five class A office properties within the modern, fast-growing district of Prague 8, called the River City Prague complex, as well as Kavčí Hory Office Park in Prague 4 - a large property of 42,000 sqm.

Thanks to Spaceflow, properties, local retailers and residentials are connected into a living ecosystem, which was previously not possible to achieve. Moreover, the property management organizes events, charity initiatives, sports activities and networking opportunities and promotes them in the Spaceflow app.

The next steps for Spaceflow in CA Immo's ESG and innovation journey are:

• Introducing new features, such as smart meters to monitor energy consumption in the portfolio.
• Tracking occupancy to keep common areas under control and equally enjoyable for all tenants.
• Building a knowledge base for tenants with sustainability tips and suggestions on how tenants can influence the portfolio's ESG score.
• Improving compliance with the global ESG standards and obtaining SmartScore certification.
• Tracking of NPS (net-promoter score) and feedback on overall customer satisfaction.
